Yesterday I received an sms of a transaction of R5555 and I tried to call their call center and i couldn't go through bit i managed to block my account. I had my card with and i dont understand how was someone else wad able to swap my card. I went to their Musgrave branch today and i was told to wait for 7 to 30 days. How am i suppose to live with my kids for 30 days with no money 😭😭
