Cyber ***** through FNB

I reported a cyber ***** case to FNB ***** Department. I was given a FNB case number and after that I have not heard anything from FNB. I've tried to contact the investigating officer numerous times by phone and email without any success. I lost a considerate sum of money that went into the ********** FNB account. I need to know if FNB is going to pay the money back to me but cannot talk to anyone in the whole FNB to give me feedback!
