Cutting our credit limit without consent
We got an email this morning that our credit limit has been cut in half and we paid the card up so that we can pay for our daughters orthodontic treatment, we didn't give consent to no one to cut our card limit and had no contact from fnb credit department, we want this fixed today, we will see legal help and am going to the customer protection.
