Cut throat interest fees

1 star is the lowest rating but this bank doesnt even deserve 1/2 star. Paying your dues before scheduled payments doesnt count? I paid before the scheduled date and send you the proof of payment and I still got hit with R2000 interest and 'scheduled payments' failed? You are cutting out throats here... how are people supposed to pay your debt if you keep adding extra fees because i paid earlier scheduled?!
