Cut off time for money transfers from FNB to other banks

Can somebody plz tell me how long does a transfer take from FNB to ABSA & Capitec bank. My man was ******, he lost everything on Saturday his bank cards& ID. I blocked his FNB cheque card.

On Sunday the next day 25/08/19 I transferred R1000 to Capitec Account, then R3000 to PEP money card which is under ABSA until now there is no reflection of money in both accounts. And calling FNB is another thing they will want authentication with the last 4 digits of the card& the card is lost hence all those transfers were made.
