Customers we quick to complain but we hardly ever compliment a job well done Id like to take this opportunity to thank Miss Kutlwano at fnb westonaria.I personally dont bank with fnb im with absa .i was with my husband who had few queries and we were welcomed by this happy lady who was patient with us.and who made sure all our queries were resolved and she helped us on the App.we did not even have to queue. Me and my husband we are very happy with the help we got from her
