Wrost service ever.i was at chrishan mall and i visited the fnb branch. The service was terrible i ask for Roslyn the lady who work there for assistant since the atm couldn't give back my card or continue with my transaction and she told the is nothing she can do to help me with an attitude and she left me there i waited for 30 minutes and nothing she was just passing me by.

30 Jun 2022, 07:48I am now better since the branch maneger eric contacted me and appologise and rectify the mistake im really happy with how he handle the situation and i wish all of the staff cloud be like him he really does lead by example thank you eric
