Customers NOT ALLOWED to speak to consultants!!

Am I the only FNB client that finds it unacceptable that branches are no longer allowed to take calls!<br> I have had an excellent relationship with a Business consultant who was recently transferred from my branch to Eastgate. I am trying to get hold of her to assist me with a query and every number diverts to the call centre. I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE I DONT KNOW about by business account. I was cut off, on hold and poorly assisted by the call centre. Come on FNB, do your research, ask any South African what their opinion of a \call centre"is. No one wants to talk to a faceless"
