Customers lives too exposed

There was a shooting on 21/08/2020 out the FNB Alberton branch, I was exposed to the incident first hand because we were standing in a line outside the bank waiting to be let inside gradually due to the Covid19 capacity restriction. A lot of lives were exposed to this, something needs to be done regarding the safety of customers.
