Customers are irrelevant

I tried filling my car up with Petrol as I was making my way from Pretoria to Soweto and my card declined. I had to borrow petrol money and promised to pay it back in the morning when I sort this out with my bank, after calling their call center Paul said I must go get an affidavit from the police station that states that I do not have ********** transactions in my account (which I did) and when i get to the branch I am not even asked for the affidavit. What a waste of money I borrowed.

I called the ***** dept at FNB and sent Victoria Tshabalala an email with no response the branches excuse was that they only work Monday to Friday...i want to know when she knew of this and why I was not contacted.

I am left with a weekend where I am supposed to to a couple of things for my family because I am leaving town on Monday but I cant because FNB forgot to inform their client of over 10 years.

FNB is very *********** in this regard and i am very unhappy. both my wife and I are leaving because she has had her fair share of this disgusting experience. I want to know why Paul did not advise me yesterday that their ***** dept does not work weekends.

SBSA has successfully gained a new client after they have also granted me a home loan and I am moving all my accounts to them and hopefully I will not have to deal with you for the remainder of my existence and my families too.

I'm waiting for my service fees/monthly fees as my new bank is waiting on these. I have had no response from the complaints team hence I'm definately leaving and so is my wife. FNB treating their 16 year client like a ********. I am more than happy to leave.
