Customer support does not exist

Been trying to upload FICA documents to my FNB online banking account so I can link my PayPal account. The documents are refusing to be uploaded, Been trying to contact FNB customer support both through emails as well as calling them and have been getting no responses for the past 3 weeks?? Been a while since I've dealt with customer support this bad.
