Customer service/***** department and chat service sucks

***** department should be a toll-free number like Nedbank because it's always an emergency. They put you on hold for so long your airtime cuts and you get no where. The chat service is horrible service they take so long to reply and only 1 person can call you back? I have Nedbank and FNB accounts and FNB can really learn a thing or two from Nedbank.
