********** customer service with no feedback.

For the past 3 weeks I have not been getting my complemtary tall cappuccino despite being on level 2 and doing alot more than 5 virtual transactions. I contacted the ebucks call center on the 19th July and spoke to a consultant that later dropped the line. I went onto secure chat and what a waste of time, WHAT A USELESS PLATFORM WITH A BUNCH OF *********** PEOPLE. I then phoned the call center again and spoke to Alfred who promised to come back to me on Monday the 22nd, today is Friday the 26th and I am still waiting for Alfred. My son is experiencing exactly the same issue.
