Customer service unwilling to resolve issues

The customer service I received from this bank is shame full, I have been struggling with the same query for three days now and they do not follow up or give any feedback. I have been struggling with withdrawing from PayPal to my fnb account and they still are unable to resolve the issue or give me alternative options. Instead they are arrogant and don't show willingness to assist. I have spoken to 3 people and they all unwilling or do not assist . It's really such an inconvenience
