Customer service - the way it should be

I have been going through a bad financial patch and my homeloan went into serious arrears that even lead to summons being issued against me.

At the time of receiving the summons I called the fnb homeloan department and was lucky enough to get through to Stefan Laing. Since January he always replies to my emails and assisted me with my arrears aswell as my concerns.
