Customer Service Poor: FNB Business Account

FNB Business Account: The level of incompetency and don't care attitude from the Team at FNB Business Account is clear one of the reasons this Bank has been rated badly over the years. I opened an FNB Business Account in February until this day no one is willing to help me to activate my account to transact, even all the paper works were submitted. The Escalation process is so stupid. No wonder FNB has been rated the worst Banking in South Africa.
