Customer service on fnb forex and business is trash

I spent the whole day trying to get Fnb to help me with an online purchase on Alibaba but they keep on sending me to different departments. I ended up spending over R200 on airtime but still no help. This is really frustrating because I need to buy those equipment as soon as yesterday and what's passing me off is they keep on asking me the same damn questions
