Customer service non existing, history of in app messages dissapear

FNB is the oldest bank in the country with hundreds of thousands of clients, and most probably one of the biggest servers and back-up systems available. Yet, despite all this I am unable to get my In App "Just for YOU" messages and lotto and powerball history from May 2024. I have complaint on the app, phoned customer care, visited a branch, all to no avail. I've been put from pillar to post with one person telling me it can be done and another advising they can not retrieve my history. It is either incompetence or just the lack of customer service, however I am done with FNB. Stay away if you can. All I am asking for is my history from May 2024 as mentioned, with my Lotto and Powerball playings and my Just for You messages. Is this really so difficult and impossible for a multi million rand establishment as FNB.
