Customer Service no help at all!!
Payment made to my card but is has been 14 days since and customer service of no help, I don't know if they qaulified or not but just reply with the closest Bot answer.
Giving me a timeframe of 24-48 hours to get back to me on a enquiry is unacceptable!!
