Customer service nailed ?

Nonkululeko (FNB Fourways Mall) was pleasant to deal with. Explaining everything in detail, she was so warm in this very cold weather. She had a welcoming face when I approached her and from then on we literally just clicked.

It’s not easy working with clients but she was a star, she was absolutely marvelous, I wouldn’t think twice if I had to come back here again. Everything explained in detail and also gave other options that could work. And I also liked that she seemed interested in all I was trying to do which really helped me a lot with the input she gave ??????
