Customer service is non existent

I've been trying endlessly to order a replacement sim for my phone. I lost my sim while traveling abroad. So I logged onto my internet banking and tried to order a replacement sim. Guess what, the form doesn't work. Keep getting the error "Form didn't return any data". I tried other web browsers, same problem. Then I tried over the course of a couple of days. Still same error. Unreal how no one in FNB has the systems in place to track and respond to errors. My next option was to email, remember I can't make a phone call. So I emailed ********** and ********** I eventually for a reply, guess what they just said they tried to phone me. Did I not explain that I am 1: Abroad 2: Even if I was in SA, I can't receive a call because my ****** sim card is missing. I reached out to your Facebook page, no luck Mr R Jacobs is very unhelpful. So to date, i have not been able to order new sim. Your service is beyond useless. You promote self-help, yet it doesn't work. Your support is either stupid, or they don't give a damn. My email is ********** if you wish to contact me because that is the only form of communication i have now.
