Customer service goes far beyond operating hours

Fnb Boulders honestly has ****py service sometimes.Their website states that they close at 18:00 but their door business hours are 17:30.The security did not even have the decency to come to the door and hear what I want to say,he just looked at me standing there as if I was crazy.I had obviously realized that they were closed but wanted to verify why the website states a different time.Customer service honestly goes a long way,even if doors are close a client still remains a client.The decency to come to the door and hear what the issue was and would’ve been much appreciated and for them them to say”Sorry Ma’am we’re closed,come back tomorrow.“Instead they pretend as if they don’t see anything,it’s disgusting really.Courtesy goes a long way and all your employees need to be taught that if they didn’t get it at home.Because truth be told had I been of a different colour the guard was going to come to the door and tell me politely that they are closed and can only assist me if I come back
