Customer service for a business account is an absolute JOKE.

I don't know why I am still a customer of theirs. I have been since 1996, my very first bank account was them. Their service is APPALLING! I went from a sole proprietorship to a CIPC registered business and to change this has been a NIGHTMARE. I have struggled for 4 days already, AND STILL they haven't resolved my issue. Very quick to charge you for all sorts of things, but the second you need help, they cannot be bothered. I believe I will be switching banks shortly.
