Customer Service - FNB Bracken City

I have visited FNB Bracken City, twice now in one week, and have been assisted by a very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable lady Lindokuhle Ngwenya She has assisted me with upgrading my account, ordering and cancelling cards, APP training, bank statements, credit card queries, as well as sharing knowledge with regards to EBUCKS

I have spent two hours in the bank on a Friday afternoon, just before closing time, and not once has Lindo checked her watch, or rushed to assist me. She assisted me with a smile and a will to assist
