Customer service????

Banking app provided errors when attempting to make a payment which led to an erroneous eft double payment on a utility bill. No recourse from FNB, Just pay 325 and hope for a recall success. After banking with FNB for 22 years I am utterly disgusted. How is there no fail safe for clients???
