customer service could not help with increasing Existing Credit Card Limit
Credit Card Limit Increase, existing card tried doing this via the FNB chat yesterday, MULTIPLE TIMES. it was quite urgent and this was not an issue the last time i requested an increase. chat did not update which meant that the agent kept ending the chat thinking that i had not responded. also the link and steps provided did not help! on the website as well as the app you are just given the option to apply for a new type of credit card which is NOT what i wanted. Please help ASAP.

06 Aug 2024, 11:45tried calling ***, spoke to a Siyabonga. call took so long i eventually ran out of airtime and had to end the call to load more airtime. i then called back and asked to speak to him again (we had gotten quite far in the process) but eventually ended the call after being on hold for a very long time!
