Why it the best way to get FNB to attend to your query at least at a reasonable time is through hello Peter?

A while ago I requested a call back on the business department the email I received said I was gonna be called back in 2 days this was April.

I did another request Sunday for the same course and it’s Thursday today and not a single callback.
