Sanel Strydom<br> <br> On Friday the 27th at about 15h30 I went to the Northmead Square FNB to enquire about unauthorized transactions on my account and I was assisted by a kind lady named Sanel Strydom. Wow was she a breath of fresh air, she was polite, informative and extremely helpful. <br> <br> I didn't feel like just another number as she took my enquiry and handled it in a professional yet friendly manner. I felt like a valued client and human being. Her service was personalized to meet my every banking need. Always smiling and making conversation with me while assisting me. She knows customer satisfaction and she knows her work. <br> <br> I hope this message gets sent to her superiors and her and I wish that her awesome work is rewarded.
