Customer service at FNB

FNB is not for small businesses own by black people. Mandeni branch is not very supportive to small black business owners. Due to lockdown and the unrest we were forced to closed our business. FNB handed our account over to debt collector for a louse R150.00. We trying to reopen our business account to obtain bank statements. We were told to settle our debt and come back to them with proof of payment letter for them to give us back statements. Today we show up at d bank after settle our arrears with the debt collector company with proof of payment and settlement letter as per the bank manager request, only to be told by the bank manager that we need to pay FNB R500 to activate our account. Lol what is this now.
