**** customer service

This is now my 2nd review due to the lack of customer service, on the 11th of Feb I purchased a 10 draw powerball ticket, then on the 18th I get a message it expired which makes no sense I go to the live chat to find out what's happening and I spend 20 minutes with 3 different agents wasting my time giving me no answers or assistance, to the point where I made for Complaints and I have not yet received one email to assist with my payment nor the poor customer service.. Really pathetic
