Fnb how can we help you???? Today was the worst experience in gateway Umhlanga fnb I have been having issues trying to transfer money to my wife over the weekend had to take time off from work to go into a branch where it appears to only have 1 consultant....(Wow what a small bank) After spending an hour on a call still having no assurance to do the transfer I had to do it myself they say now the apps have taken over they jobs so why do they still have many branches??? Thanks fnb I'll be moving my money to a bank who would be able to assist me
