customer service

I have a business account with fnb. They have been charging me for statements by post however fail to use my email address which they had. They further was charging for cheque voucher although there has been no checks used. They only called to advise my account us in arrears but failed to put measures in place to avoid unnecessary charges. Very disappointed, was at the branch and I told them to reverse the charges but they would not assist. FNB should request assistance from Capitec who always assist. I will use Social media to broadcast my experience and detour many from using FNB.
