I just made a purchase via FNB and I was charged R682,99 but the transaction from FNB charged me R843, an extra R160, when I am inquiring using their trusted platform “secure chat” there’s no one available to assist, I’m looking for a way to move all finances related matters with another bank, I have been patient with them for some time now but if the opportunity avails to move I will do it immediately, if you wanna be frustrated with customer service then stay financed with FNB and all other products with them 😡😡😡
