Customer Service!!!

Iyoooh! I thought I've seen the worst but Westgate Mall branch????takes the cup!!! I went there to collect my Premier cheque card n petrol card and I was there for an hour, just for collection. 15/08/2019 there were on 2consultants to assist customers and the rest busy up n down, CUSTOMER SERVICE hle"the manager was not even there to check if "we customers are bn helped or""" as a new client of fnb am disappointed and even afraid to switch!!!! When I asked for the bank manager from one of the consultants she said" a ka hlali a khona u se florida how can we assist u"with attitude "forgot her name but its Gninca if am not mistaken. I went to another banker" Mark" who was very helpful and made sure I was assisted.Am still not a happy client!! Aao Mildred Ncanyane and Pearl Mampane we need more bankers like you!
