Customer needs help

Since the lockdown started it was a struggle to get hold of FNB. It got to a point where I can't take out another cash flow relief and all my things with FNB has policies on but for some reason the bank don't want to use it. I did apply for FNB life but it only covered my personal loan but came to a stop of the R4000 the company paid into my account last month.. This month everything is going off and there is no money to cover the debt. I phoned, went to the FNB branch in Strand but everybody story is it not there department. So my question is what now?
