Customer held at GUN POINT and force to transfer his money at the Robot.

Mr Zanele Andries Ntshingila , was held at gun point at the robot in Tembisa , and was forced to transfer money to the people holding the gun to his head. He made a case at Tembisa Police station CAS 171/10/2023. It is now 17th April 2024 , and still not a word from FNB , He transfer over R150k . Portia Fuyizilo of FNB phoned Mr Ntshingila the 16th April 2024 after the documentation was send to FNB on October 2023 and after numerious queries with no response. Ms Fuyizilo ask for a copy of the affidavit , after 7 month and still nothing has been done. My Cuctomer is very disappointed and want to close all his accounts with FNB.
