Customer Desperate for help

I need your help I need a transaction stopped before they take my money and unfortunately you do not give me the option to do so, This was a purchase that I never accepted the terms and conditions on and I was told that I will not be charged if I dont accept the terms which I never and I was charged by this company. I never got a OTP to accept the money going off but yet it says pending please stop the payment
