Customer Data Protection

Good day

It is with great sadness as I type this complain due to the level of negligence and incompetence of one of your stuff member. Thinking of it am very livid and ****ed as how our data is protected by the bank.

Yesterday the 19/02/2020 I visited your Ghandi Square branch to be assisted regarding a school form that needed a bank stamp.

I was assisted by a lady and her employee number is *** she was very unprofessional based on the following: She didn't verify my details in terms of weather I have an account or not? She signed the form nonetheless and stamped it She give back my form and other wrong documents with other clients information. My question is how does this even happen? and what about the client data I have with me?

WHAT HAPPEN TO DATA PROTECTION? Is this how your stuff suppose to protect our data?
