Hello<br> I had a problem with my debit orders. Came into the branch and explained the whole situation to Tanya.<br> Not only did Tanya sort out my problem she also explained a new product on the market. <br> Tanya then went the Extra Mile and told me that my problem had been sorted out. I never ever expected the call. To me this is Personal Customer Service. <br> Something which I have not experienced in a very long time.<br> Thank you very much for treating me with dignity and kindness.<br> Tracy Rankin
