Customer being ignored

I am under Debt review and have been informed from Debt Safe that the 17.2 documents was submitted to FNB and received.

I saw yesterday that the balance that was in my Cheq account was taken from FNB Overdraft facilities department, I've just been to the Woodstock branch (was assited by Yonelani Mbi) to confirm this and after sitting there for over an hour, holding on to speak to Ibrahim, trying to get this resolve, I was told Ibrahim has "stepped out to the other building" and will call me back.

I asked when he will call me back as I need to have this resolved as soon as possible (it is my Rent money that was taken out of my account and I need to pay my Rent) I was told by Jacob that he's not sure when I will get the call.

I was also then informed: When a person seek Debt review your overdraft limit drops and the available money in your account gets taken.

NO ONE informed me of this.

Why, when I submitted my documents to FNB Epping, more than 3 months ago, was I not informed this will happen, I would have made provision BUT now I am sitting in a situation where my Rent money has been allocated to this account and I HAVE TO PAY MY RENT.........

I've sent this email to FNB yesterday morning, called Darryl Daniels (the person who put the block on my money) more than 10 times since yesterday but no answer and no call back either.
