Currently experiencing a high call volume ....
FNB has an abysmal track record when it comes to answering their phones. They are always experiencing high call volumes. I tried to get hold of FNB Homeloans both yesterday and today because I need them to send me a copy of my tax certificate. In addition, I sent them an email and completed an online form. The result has been deafening silence. They simply do not care. I had a similar experience with FNB before when I tried to get hold of their investment department. The same silent indifference. It's truly appalling.<br>
