CT12km run fiasco
<p>I booked on Friday (3 days before bookings were advertised as closing) and received a confirmation and a mail saying I had 48 hours to pay.4</p> <p> </p> <p>Less than 24h later I was told the race was overbooked and my entry was no longer valid and I couldn't run. There is nothing at all in my confirmation warning me I would be 'un-registered'. I believe there was a technical issue on FNB's race registration that allowed too many bookings.</p> <p> </p> <p>I simply want to be allowed to pay and run. If registration is conditional I should be warned so I can choose to pay earlier.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your 'Phindi' put the phone on me when I tried to sort this out.</p>
