CSD verification failed 4 times (FNB not verifying my Busi account)

We have been trying to get CSD verification from FNB but with no success. We are not paid and we are losing money cause we can’t get payment from the government since they pay according to CSD banking details. We have called numerous entity to assist with this but with no response and we went to the bank to compare the details from CSD treasury and FNB and everything was is in order. We don’t know what to do now. The option is to close that account and go to another institution to open another account. Cause they don’t give so much hassle to get verify the account. I want the account to be verified today!
