CSD Verification

I'm struggling to get my banking account verified by fnb for CSD. This in turn means I can't get paid by my clients. I have submitted all details as they are on the hogan system somehow it's taking forever to get verification from fnb. Seriously in this day of super technology this is suppose to be a one day thing?? please assist urgently this is my company name Shemuntu And son’s PTY LTD my business otherwise I will have to explore other banks. I have phoned the business banking department they too seem to be clueless in assisting on how to speed up the process. Please help
