CSD STILL PENDING NOT VERIFIED

I have registered my FNB banking details on the CSD. However, the status still states that the verification is still pending it over a month now been in and out to FNB branches noone is assisting me. I find that starnge as FNB tries to give an impression that their are the most technologically innovative bank.

I have 2 business account and 1 was verified was told it a reverse when i went there to get it they said it was closed have to open a new one but now there are not verifiying. I have loaned money to conduct the project, now I cannot get paid as the account is not being verified. This will cost me to pay more interest.

Is this how FNB promotes small businesses? Fact that so many of us are struggling with FNB account verification and the matter still has to end up at Hellopeter should have been a concern to FNB. Clearly we do not matter as clients to FNB.

I need to get paid. Please sort the matter out.
