CSD bank verification

I am very frustrated with CSD and FNB. I have been trying to get my bank account verified for the past 2 weeks and now im under pressure this is the last week for the department to make payments. I have been calling the bank and they are not helping me. I sent an email to *** but no response. I wish i has chosen a different bank for my business.
