CSD bank validation

Hi firstly I'm thankful for the turn around time for opening a business account it was quick and up in no time in less than 20 minutes , the only query I have is I've been sending my account for verification on the central supplier database(CSD) but it comes back saying csd bank validation failed , I've filled in everything according to the account confirmation letter , kindly note I've re entered the information and is pending bank account holder bank verification all I ask is you attend to this as I can't receive any payments thank
