I have been taken from pillar to post just to changes my Foundation signatories. We visited the bank and we were aske to call after 72hours if the matter was not respolved. Indeed it was not resolved so far we have spend in total of 12 hours with FNB to try resolve the matter using our monies and time.

I am so so frustrated as they promose to call back but nothing happens even after escating to the manager.

I found them to be inconsiderate, *********** or they dont care about NGO's. Its not like the service is free.
