Cruel company

This nonsense bank put me on a high risk ranking where as I don't owe them ****,I can't qualify for anything because of them and when I enquire they take me from pillar to post,Or is it because I'm black enough for me to get assistance since FNB does not respect black people Africans let's stay away from this bank
