Cross selling

I took a hospital plan from FNB in September 2025 In April 2026 they sent me a mail that they have re wrote the policy They furthermore say a member and dependent can only claim 3 times a year why wasn't this done at the conception of the policy this goes against the FICA act this is cross selling
